Remedy Education Center

From implementing and operating an IT Service Desk, through full problem and change management, to planning for IT Security and Disaster Recovery, there are many connecting and interdependent activities.
| Accredited ITIL® foundation classes MATERNA is officially accredited to deliver ITIL® foundation classes in Swedish with Swedish examinations through the Swedish Computer Society - Dataföreningen Certifiering. In addition, MATERNA is the single training center for all BMC Remedy training classes in the Nordics. ITIL® classes are available in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Sundsvall and Umeå as well as at our customer site upon request. | ||

Product Education
Our education opportunities are designed to increase your knowledge of BMCRemedy products and technology. Using a proven interactive learning approach, each class delivers the essential skills enabling the successful use of our products in your environment. Our goal is to increase productivity and the return on your investment, turning product vision into reality quickly and effectively.
Language
We have a great demand on classes from all over Europe; this means that the language thought on can be either local or English. Do not forget to ask if you prefer a specific language. Customised trainings
We also offer customised trainings, at our training facility or on site. These trainings can be a standard class just for your company or a customised training based on your requirements. For example customised user training can be a part of a implementation project.
During Aug-Dec 2006 MATERNA Sweden has educated more than 300 persons in ITIL® Foundation and Manager classes with an exceptional pass rate and evaluation results.
